Eccomi qua a parlarvi della Primula Rossa, locale di Arcola, gestito da due carissimi amici, David e Paola..... vi racconto la cena di reparto di venerdì scorso...senza tanti preamboli abbiamo ordinato Ravioli, tagliata e salsicce a forno.... partiamo dai ravioli fatti a mano da loro....una bontà uniti al ragù di carne sempre fatto da loro....una vera prelibatezza....si torna indietro di parecchi anni, quando la mamma li preparava al sabato x la domenica....poi sia la tagliata che le salsicce cotte al momento nel suo forno ....che è tutto da vedere....condito poi il tutto con radicchio rosso tagliato a coltello è servito fresco......cosa aggiungere....niente....provate....provate....provate....locale molto semplice ma assolutamente accogliente... gestori ke ti fanno sentire come a casa propria....prezzi più che modici....vino assolutamente fresco e valido....insomma niente da dire....solo provateeee!!!!!
